    Support, but maybe instead of a "art shop" section there could be just a general "Art" section. It would provide members with a better variety of art. Whether it's art shops, arts and crafts, or just plain old drawings that you would like to post. This would provide a bigger variety of various art related things.
    I also like idea #1 and #3. :p

    No support there aren't enough people selling art or buying. It's a good idea that I believe may be accepted in the near future :)

    It's not really needed, but if there are enough people doing art stuffs then it would help organize the forums. Support.

    Yeah, not really necessary. If there were around a page of art shops, then yeah. There are only a few, so it's not needed. No support.
