A reward of 1000 grass blocks to the first player who can build an in-game machine capable of counting seconds. The error must be within 20ms. (no more than 30min off after 24h of running nonstop) Note: Hoppers/Repeaters reliant on server TPS will not be able to achieve the 20ms error rate.
