[.net] Mob Arena

    If lag is the primary concern for .net, then why not set up a server portal leading to a dedicated server for the mob arena? Limit the amount of players by adjusting the settings, but have room for probably about double that on the server end. Like, a 100 player server that only allows 50 players. For example.
    With nothing else in this world, there shouldn't be too much of an issue with lag, especially since every player in this server would be loading the same handful of chunks.

    MA is a major part of why I got Donor in the first place, though it's been missing for awhile. Despite the lack, you continue to advertise the God class in MA on the .net packages, so I imagine you guys must at least be considering how to bring it back.

    Support. But the rewards were a little bit overpowered back a couple years ago when this still existed. Good idea though, and maybe decrease the amount of players and the rewards

    Agreed. I farmed the hell out of it because it was, like, the only viable method of making a profit unless you had access to diamonds.
    It should be nerfed a bit to maintain supply versus demand.

    I know a lot of us want mob arena back. First the other sources of server lag must be found and corrected. Then there should not be any reason why mob arena cannot return.
    However until then possibly we could use a replacement game, maybe even one that doesn't give prizes but still gives us something more to do than build, talk and trade.

    So much this.
    The prizes are nice and all, but give us something to DO. I can almost guarantee you'll see a surge in online players on .net when trade shops are no longer the only social interaction.
    Aside from a chat that goes by too quickly for most to jump into it.

    Support, although I'm not sure why you guys are saying the rewards are op because as a greenie (I was back then when they had this for most of the time) the things I got were bones, seeds, maybe grass, and rarely iron. Probably because I sucked at Pvp though.
    But would you get to keep the rewards through the portal?
