I do think some certain applicants should be promoted soon, however the current staff team are absolutely amazing and they deserve loads of credit for how well the server is currently running.
It's about finding the right people not just any people. So it takes time to weigh up decisions about applicants, and there is no "Quota" of staff numbers to be met, If a candidate is suitable, they will be promoted. If not they won't.
