Ok so I got notification the other day that I have been a member for two years now, and as such feel it has become time to decommission my current volcanic island build visible here, as it has remained mostly unchanged in the past year. That means it is time to rebuild my island from the ground up, literally. Starting at layer 1 I'm building a complete Minecraft world "chunk" the maximum size of my building space. This chunk will be an adventuring area complete with an "ocean" , beach, mountains, cave systems, a (unusable) mine, ravines, free to use mob spawners/grinders and trade shops. /visit nateasham CURRENTLY: CLOSED (LOST JOB AND CANT AFFORD INTERNET AT THE MOMENT) As of writing this I already have completed; "Diamond mine" below level 6. A personal Storeroom for myself which has a glass skywalk going through it for viewing from the cave network. will also be a healing area from the beacon. A beacon pyramid and beacon. (installed after pic was taken) A slime grinder for collecting slime balls. A skeleton grinder. An enchanting room but from what i gather no one would be able to use it A skeleton spawner in some of the tunnels causing "natural spawning mobs" in the caves. Things that are 100% for sure being added are; A magma cube spawner (please make suggestions) This build requires a TON of smooth stone and as such am happily taking donations on my island. I also trade 64 cobblestone for 32 smooth stone. This donation was more strictly set up for non-donors or low level donors who would still like to contribute but get something in return. In the near future i will upload some photos to show off what is completed so far. An above view of the tunnels and storeroom and ravine start. the farm 64 blocks of each crop (32 cactus) first lava pool
island is open and unlocked for visits and donations. doesn't look like much yet though. but there is a slime grinder, and a skeleton spawner all ready to be used.
Uploaded some pics of the progress to original post. Got the Beacon i needed 140 diamonds courtesy of Alohacc99
