[Nanometer09] Rail Duping [Keeper]

Alright, I'm Applying for an appeal because i got banned for creating A RAIL duplicator with redstone. First off, I didn't use it. Second They could have just asked me to take it apart but NO. They just ban me forever. That's great. It's just aggravating because they didn't ask me to even try to take it apart.

1.I was banned on Skyblock.org
2.My in-game name is Nanometer09.
3.The ban is as states : Banned: rail duping - appeal @ skyblock.net- Keeper .
4.I read the rules.
5 I think I was banned because they thought I have duplicated.
6.The ban was correct, and not a mistype.
7. I have never been banned before.
8. I would have taken the device apart when they would have asked, and they just assumed that I have used it before.

You didn't have to have used the device, building it with the intent to use it was concern enough, but we did want to check the island for duped rails.

Especially since we did notice an illegal shop on your island as well. Now skyblock.org is an economy server. Why do you think duped or glitched in items would be such a problem?

 

I have read the rules again, and I apologize for the inconvenience I have caused. I did not know my store was illegal. I also apologize for having and creating a device that can replicate rails. Thank you.

Having Duplicate items would throw off the balance of the server because said items would be infinite, and be distributed throughout the server. Then said item would then become very cheap. The economy works because of supply and demand. If the supply increases the demand decreases.

 

Good, glad to know that you understand the damage something like this could cause, which is why they are illegal.

Now, I posted the rules above. To make sure that you have read them (and because of the issue with one of your chest shops), in your own words, can you tell me the items that are illegal to trade?

 

The Glass in my shop is illegal because it originated as sand. The rails in my shop, out of stock would have been illegal the way I would have got them.

 

Alright, I believe you understand what you did wrong, and I'm going to trust you'll never do it again.

The rail duping machine was taken down, and you should remove the glass shop when you get back to your island.
