    Okay, so I'm assuming the problem is that your package has not shown up yet?

    How long ago did you purchase it?

    Also, I believe that the transaction id or a picture of the receipt would be more useful, especially since it may be awhile since Cyp or Crew have a chance to see this and you might no longer be on the front page. Not to mention the transaction id is how they would actually find the purchase in the system.

    He was in mob arena when he got it and when he died he lost the spawner. And this is readingisbad im on this account because my computer crashed and im at a friends house

    Okay. Do you happen to have any proof of getting the spawner in the mob arena, or of dying with it?

    This can be taken as player responsibility The spawner obviously was given, but you lost it due to being in i think you mean /warp mob (or you didnt get it due to it being /ma j). You should have known to stay out of danger if your rank comes with an item so you dont die. in this case im assuming the spawner will be non refundable and has nothing to do with the admins.

    i was in /ma j. my mom payed with her credit card on her computer and i did not know so when she payedand i got the spawner in /ma j and then moments later i died by mobs in the mob arena
