Avax Retro -- Take Halzii's post, remove the swearing and add more jokes -- you would have my review. Since Halzii did such a great job of stealing my thunder I'll just hit the highlights. Your application is short. This is fine when the writing covers all topics while giving an idea of the kind of person you are. In your case you've gone for "bare minimum", sir. We have no idea what your personality is like. The "Why Should I Be a Mod" response is actually a very good stub for a full section. Use each of those sentences as a topic and then expand on it. For example your "I'm a very fun person to be with" could be a section header such as "Very Social" with several lines of how the people around you feel better while playing the game. Don't copy that; just an example. Post a schedule, or if you don't have a set schedule at least try to give an idea of when you'll be on. "Three hours in the afternoon on weekdays" would be fine.
