Why do you think you should be a mod? I love helping others i will do what ever it takes to help. I will memorize all the commands for the server and ill always take the time to help.
I can also keep my cool and handle stressful situations well.

How long can you be active on the server every day? 3 hours a day with minechat, but i can only actually play on weekends but on weekends i can play up to 8 hours a day.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes i've been admin/mod on multiple servers. Ive also built multiple spawns,hunger games maps, hubs etc

You may want to change/add some things to your application to better it.

Try:

1. Bolding the questions.
2. Adding more information. (Mostly to why you think you should be a mod)
3. Being online more. I see that you say you're active a lot, however I don't see you online. Try being more active in chat.
4. Re-read your application, go over words that may need to be capitalized, spelled differently, or worded differently.
5. Be active on the forums as well,
