I also try logging into that account on the mojang website, and it says I need to pay a fee of 0.10 to show that my parent is an adult, but my mom is not paying it for some reason :/

Online purchases do not work on her card anymore, I need to use a visa gift card, but the minimum I can get is a $25 gift card, then if that doesn't work I wasted 25 dollars.

 

If you don't click on the alert when it says "x replied to x" then you won't get anymore notifications unless someone quotes, tags or rates you.

 

And you quoted me. Unwatching the thread eliminates the x replied to x but it doesn't eliminate QUOTES!!!!!!!!!

hmm. I see. Complain to Mojang that not only they have sort of taken your account, making you pay extra to log in. And all that stuff

Well, they do pay a fee sometimes for special causes, I contact Mojang about my issues, but they don't reply. I try calling Microsoft, but I don't know my security questions, I try resetting them, but I can't log-in to that email.

 

Keep trying to contact Mojang. Right now this is all my mind can think of in 1:30am

 

I have been trying to get in touch with them for over 3-4 months, I haven't gotten a reply yet. I have one time, but they need my security question answers that I do not know, and my transaction receipt/ID, but I lost that.

 

Without any of those, I doubt you'll get very far

I have noticed that, thank you. At Least I still have my alt island, wait they reset after 6 months I only have 2 months with that island left.

 

I'd get everything off it then within 2 months.

 

The island has been never touched yet, all I did was place a little water stream.

I suggest trying to contact mojang. Be patient. That is all I can say currently.
