Problem: Since the new name change update, we have changed our names and lost our island and all of our donation ranks. we have been donors on .org for about 1 year now and are looking to see if we could some how get this problem fixed, as HaiZed_n_BlaZed, FaLLeN_OpTiCzZ and FaLLeN_OpTiCzZz were all Highroller rank and nokit7497 was Overlord rank, So if possible would we be able to get our island back and our ranks, we also have an alternative account each so if it was easier we could just get those accounts added to our island and the donation ranks moved over.

Do you have to transaction ID's for those accounts? You should've gotten an email.

Yes, we most likely do but im not to keen on going back a year in my emails

 

You could do a search, most email software allows this.
