Hello! So, recently I made a new minecraft account with the username: Adooma. I had to make a new account because I had lost my older account wirly1. The account was created long ago, before the merge with Mojang accounts. When I had lost the password to wirly1, Mojang was unable to help me retrieve the account, because I had not merged it with a Mojang account. Since, the email on the account is very old I was unable to obtain a purchase ID to prove to Mojang that the account was mine. So, I gave in and bought Minecraft again with a new account "Adooma." Now the issue is I have lost everything I had built and bought through Wirly1. I was wondering if there was any way to transfer my island to this new account. I can prove I purchased the ranks and fly command for Wirly1. Also, if you can investigate IP you can see I am still using the same one even on Adooma. I even used the email on this forum account when I purchased things on Skyblock. If you need any other details or proof let me know! Thanks!

I can confirm that you have logged into both accounts from the same IP. Did you have anyone in coop on the island? I can only transfer island ownership to someone else in the coop. Otherwise we would only be able to transfer some valuable items from the chests/inventory of the old account over to your new one. Regarding the rank you had -- could you upload a screenshot of one of your receipts? I just need to confirm that you made the purchase as sometimes people try to claim ranks from random public alts. We generally do not transfer ranks between accounts except in rare and exceptional circumstances. If you are able to give some proof of purchase I can do a one-time transfer to your new account.
I don't think there is anyone on Coop. I can not remember 100% if I left a builder who was helping me on the coop list. Is there NO way to get my island transferred to Adooma . Like all the buildings and structures I have built? I have uploaded some of the receipts below of the purchases I made with Skyblock. Please tell me there is another way to transfer islands without co-op.
Islands cannot be transferred, and we only transfer ranks in exceptional situations. I can remove the ranks from Wirly1 and transfer it to Adooma (wirly1 will be banned), but in regards to your items the most we can do is go around your old island and pick up any valuable items or blocks to bring to your new island.
So, how would that work? Would I be able to go to the island and just grab the items and bring it to a newly made island? Also, is there a way to add me to the coop, maybe so I can still use stuff like the mob spawner and the other machinery? Finally, what do I do on my end for the rank transfers? Sorry for the barrage of questions. I really do appreciate the help and time you have given me! Thanks again!
We don't have any way to add you to coop. When it comes to transferring islands, I can only change the leader of an island to someone else that is in coop. If you have any friends in coop that I can reassign to be the leader, they can then reinvite you. Otherwise if we are just getting your items you would be walking through the island with a supermod and telling them which chests to open to find your rares, etc, and picking up your spawners. You don't need to do anything on your end for the rank transfers. I can get that done next time I'm in game.
I can not remember anymore if my friend was still on the coop or not. Is there any way to check that from my end? I think I removed him a while ago after he finished helping building a structure.
Sorry about the late response. I just contacted my friend and it doesn't seem like we are coop on the island. I guess I have no choice but to accept the first option in that I retrieve as many items as I can. Since, there is no way to retrieve the structures I built, does that mean I have to create a fresh new island? Also, how do I get into contact with a super mod to schedule a time to retrieve the items.
So I switched the name of my account on Minecraft from Adooma to LikeHonor. Its the same account, just different display names. I noticed also I still have not gotten my new ranks? How long does rank transfers take?
Also, I was wondering if there was a way to get the balance also transferred from Wirly1 to LikeHonor (Adooma)
