5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned for Advertising another server, Though I did not.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Just this time
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I did not actually advertise another server. I said "Join this epic server: Skyblock.net" because everyone was talking about how great the server is. I did not break any rules so I would love to be unbanned.

You broke our rules by stating just that. When an advertiser decides to be stupid and attempt to advertise on our servers, that's the message that gets sent instead. You're essentially saying that you're advertising. How am I supposed to know if you typed it out or advertised a server? There's no way of me knowing.

 

I realize that you shouldn't bring donations into the ban appeal, but I have spent over 60$ on this server, and I wouldn't advertise any other servers. I had been playing on the server for over 6 months before banned, I had a successful Island, and I didn't even play any other servers at the time. Besides, If you're not even sure, I shouldn't be banned.

 

It's not about that, I prefer unbanning people. I ban people to make sure they understand their mistakes before they're let back into the community and servers. We have a set of rules that need to be followed for obvious reasons. By you writing up a "fake" advertisement, you're cluttering our chat with useless "spam". You only hurt yourself in the end. We think of this as taunting a moderator to ban you. We obviously will ban you if you abuse our rule systems. It's very simple. If you want to have fun on our servers, you need to follow our rules. We're not power abusing immature idiots that you see on many other servers, we only hire the most competent individuals to ensure you as a player have an optimal experience while playing. There is absolutely no reason for you to break rules just to poke some fun. It goes without saying that if you are given another chance to play on net, you will not be given another chance if you decide to break the same "unwritten" rule again especially after being warned.

 

I understand now. Thank you for explaining. If you would be willing to give me one more chance, I promise to think about what I'm saying in the chat.
