issues

Lately, (namely today) hate, flaming, fuming, salt, etc, has been all over the place on this server. What's the first thing we do? We point fingers at other people. We worry about the server dying and blame others, yet we don't think of whether or not it is something we are doing, not they. If anything is going to kill this server and our playerbase, it will be us. This includes me. Yes, there are others who aren't contributing to the hate, but I may as well say we and us to be inclusive. I made a post before about reasons why I think the server is dying, and at this point, I think the main issue is the saltiness on this server. The only thing I have seen all day is hate and flaming. Caused by us. I think it's pretty obvious what it is. here are reasons why:

Let's make it clear, that I am not pointing fingers at any particular person, and I am going to call myself out. I had been incredibly immature and rude (Still am), and I just made a mess of myself.


being pessimistic to our mods and degrading them.


Being hateful and degrading to fellow players; breaking others down rather than trying to build them up and help them.


Being rude to other players.


again, being rude to other players.


again, disrespect and degrading.



The common thing you can find in all of these is disrespect and rudeness. No one is perfect, and if you want to make a positive difference, start with yourself. I don't wish to call out any players and I won't, but I know there are players who need to take time to look at their current lifestyles and really think about it. Everybody has potential to be great, we are all human beings of our own unique lives. It would be nice if we can avoid being cannibalistic and attacking each other. I am hoping that this thread opens up some eyes, and we can all see what we need to change to better ourselves and the community. Be supportive and helpful, don't bring people down and try to tear them apart.

Just stop man you're digging yourself a grave atm, it's better to drop it and let it go then to keep calling people trolls and flamers.

Oh I already knew. I didn't just now acknowledge it. Remember this is about everyone, not just me. You are being yet another prime example of why there are frustrations on skyblock. Comments like that tick people off and are quite annoying.
