Inventory restore

I was on someone’s island helping out and I fell in the lava, I typed /is and it came up with welcome home but I was still in the lava and I died. All my belongings were incinerated and I had a lot of blocks on me, some of which I believe were iron blocks and grass, i died at 15:15(GMT+0) And was wondering if any staff could restore my inventory, I would be very appreciative.

Sorry to hear about this but unfortunately we cannot return any items lost on death. If you had any dirt, sand or buckets you can retrieve them by doing /lnf but that’s it. Please be careful on where you put your lava!

 

I was helping on someone else’s island mind not my own and the teleportation failed.

 

I can understand how that would be frustrating. As Southwark explained, the items cannot be retrieved. You can do “/lnf” to recover the items he mentioned, but that would be it.

I would encourage you to report the bug, so the developers can try to keep it from happening to others.

 

I believe this is some common bug that I've known for a few months. Basically if you wear a pet as your "hat" or something then try to /home or /is or /warp or /tpaccept u would still be at the same place so the only way to make it work is by relogging.

Anyways I would be happy to refund you some of the grass and iron blocks you've lost due to this bug
