Since yesterday when the new update came out, I updated and started playing. When I went to play on skyblock.org though, I saw that it hadn't updated yet and i couldn't play. Plz tell me how to downgrade or just update the server.

You install a software, don't have the link now though, check on news under 1.4.4 I think, it lays there
To downgrade your minecraft client, you have two options. save a backup of your old minecraft.jar, and then use it when the update comes out use that application that does an install of old version, I think it's called MCNostalgia
