    3. "Kicked whilst connecting to economy: You are banned from this server! Reason: Continued disrespect/language after warning. -Sakura Your ban will be removed on 2015-10-30 at 19:08:53 MST"
    4. Yes
    5. According to Ban Message, assuming for foul language. Not sure what situations "disrespect" defines.
    6. Not sure. If my son was using foul language or being disrespectful, then yes, I agree he should be banned.
    7. I am not sure.
    8. I am not demanding my son be unbanned. Just trying to understand. This is my younger son playing on his older brother's minecraft account. I do not deny that my younger son may have broken the rules. However, if he did, I am requesting the specific actions he displayed. If there are screenshots, I am requesting to see them. Although my younger son is special needs, I allow him to play Minecraft because he loves the game and it calms him. He doesn't understand the rules completely and I am talking to him in order to avoid future bans. I have watched him play and read the conversations among all the players. There have been instances where other players have cursed and/or said horrible things to him or other players. This does not give him the right to be ugly or disrespectful. I had instructed him to ignore the remarks. However, it appears he has not listened...and he has repeated what he has heard and read. I know this is not an excuse.
I do not mean to rant or ramble. If my son was wrong, he deserves the ban. I would just like to know exactly what he did so that I can talk to him and explain what he cannot do. I have obviously stressed not using or repeating curse words or foul language. However, I am not sure what "continued disrespect" is? I hope you can help me so that I can explain to him what he needs to refrain from doing.
I apologize on behalf of my son for his actions that lead you to banning him. I look forward to hearing from you at your convenience. Thank you for your time. ([email protected])

    Hello. :)

First, I would like to thank you for writing this whole appeal. Certainly gives me a bit more incite on the situation.

Id like to address first by what I mean by "continued disrespect". Lately, your son has been very disrespectful to a lot of players on the server, both young and old. From what Ive been seeing, it seems to me that he just messages random people, cursing at them and calling me them names. One of the instances, you can see here in a report I dealt with leading up to your sons tempban; So, this happened.. [Sakura] [Banned] | Skyblock Forums. I would love to provide more, however, the other screenshots I have are on my other laptop, which I wont have access to for at least a couple days, well past your sons unbanning. Another instance I would like you to take note of is your son messaging another players daughter, calling her "stupid", an "idiot", and some foul language mixed in within the message.

But what I have explained so far would be the "disrespect / language" part of the ban. "Continued" is basically just a reminder for me that this was not the first time that Ive had to warn/tempban him. On multiple occasioning, Ive had to warn him (via ingame message) about his language to other people whether it was in global chat or private messages. At one point, I ended up giving him a 12 hour tempban for his language towards other players. Since this is his second tempban, I decided to prolong it, hoping that the message would get through that we do not allow disrespect or foul language on the server.

I understand that he might not fully understand the rules. If you'd like to go over the rules with him, you can find them right here: Server Rules [Updated 23rd June 2015] | Skyblock Forums.

Hopefully I was able to address your concerns without rambling on too much. :p Id be happy to help you with anything else you need. ^-^

Thank you so much for your reply and explanation SakuraWolf!!!
I appreciate the screen shots that you sent so that I may refer to them when I speak to my son. I think the random pointless msgs my son uses shows there's no malicious intent as there is no conversation...just immaturity...he is typing random phrases or words he has seen before. Again, not an excuse, as I am disgusted that my son would speak to anybody like this, young or old. I do not know if it is possible but I would like to extend my apologies to Lloyd3369 and any other players...also to you. This is not what any parent would want their kids to act like...unfortunately my son has a harder time understanding. Most people may say I just shouldn't let him play. However, his doctor encourages games like Minecraft that my son enjoys. It strengthens his mind and imagination. I know it sounds crazy.
I am impressed with how you handled this and really do appreciate the time you took to let me know what my son has been up to. A couple of months ago I witness another player telling my son he was a "fuc%#$@ loser and he should die". Because I was watching my son play, I know that he did not encourage this comment. In the future, if this should happen again, would I take a picture or screenshot the comment and forward it to you or your peers?
Please believe me when I say I am not giving my son reasons for his poor actions, just being proactive.
The longer 2-day ban you gave my son will do good for him. I will speak with him in hopes this does not happen again. However, being realistic and knowing my son, if this does happen in the future, will he continue to just receive longer and longer bans? My older son would never curse or be disrespectful...and if corrected, would correct himself immediately. However, my younger son will try to do better but may slip. I just want to be prepared for the ramifications.
Again thank you for your time. =) I will speak to my son immediately!!!

Honestly, Im just glad that the situation was brought to your attention so that the problem can be corrected. :) I'd hate to see your son lose his ability to play on this server over something like this, he seems to really enjoy it here. However, if still like this continues to happen, your son will eventually be permanently banned until he appeals for the ban. Depends on how the appeal goes he will either be let back on the server, be told to appeal at a later date, or not be let back on the server at all. Being rejected from the server completely is honestly not very likely, but can happen, but I doubt your son will ever get to that point.

There are times when people will say offensive or disrespectful things that either we dont catch because we are either afk or just not on at all. If you ever see anything like this, youre welcome to report it either directly to an org moderator or make a report (here: Skyblock.org | Skyblock Forums) and we will handle it when we can.

Im glad that you think the 2 day ban will do him some good. Is there anything else I can do for you? :)
