Hellblock voting. No reward

I just got lucky on HB, and won an enchanting table through voting. Unfortunately it never came. Please give me a refund if possible

I don't think we are going to see each other online, as I live in NZ (GMT + 13) and don't go on HB that much. Instead would you mind tp'ing to these co-ordinates and placing the table in the spot I made for you? (If I fail with the /hide please fix it for me.)

I currently can not get on MC. Why I haven't done anything with this, leave it open and I'll hopefully solve it soon.

Were you online when you voted or was this the message you received upon logging on?

 

I voted while on .net and then immediately came on HB, and saw I that I won an enchantment table. So I voted upon logging in.

 

I am guessing that you did not receive the table because the vote went through while offline. In the screenshot, it only shows the message that you receive if you voted while offline. For some odd reason, you do not always receive cobble or any other reward when you vote offline, only occasionally for me.

 

It happened to me once with a grass block. But I didn't really mind that time

 

Yeah, enchanting tables are pretty valuable. I do not know if you will be refunded because the screenshot does not show that you were actually online at the time and votes normally require you to be online. I'll leave that up to Kato.

 

The reason what I've heard is following

You vote, you have x amount of time to get the items (We're talking about seconds and less). If you're too slow, the items will disappear. Yet, I do not know an explanation why you sometimes have cobble from voting even if you never log on Hellblock but that is what I've heard.

I actually rack up quite a bit of cobble from offline voting somehow. I vote on net, visit hb and have like 5 cobble and whatnot. Seems to be a pretty unreliable thing for others though

 

weeeeeelll... I quit hb, got off for a month, and continued voting. when I came back..... 90 cobble. I can post screenshots... my screen was FILLED with voting messages. also, has this been solved?
