Glitched and need help

Hi so.. I'm stuck, been stuck for months.
I've been looking for a fix and the only fix I've found is to be teleported by a staff member.

I'm stuck behind a tree in spawn I think, in a one block hole with the new island selector menu glitching on my screen.
I'm hoping this can be solved with some teleporting around

LadyBrimstone for the full name and it was skyblock for the sever

 

When are you next able to get online?
