    Im sorry i didnt know that it was a button to lock/archive and ban/temp ban i dont have any experience as a skyblock mod

    No support, all moderators are doing fine in my opinion and I always see mods online that are available for assistance. I don't see a way that a forum mod will be of any greater help.
