Donor Privileges Lost

Ok it have been awhile since i have signed on i have updated my name. I was a level 100 donor. is there anything that i can do. thanks

What was your original username and what is your new username? And do you happen to have the transaction id?

but, ya know, cyp hasn't checked that thread in a month

 

I did just do another name change back to what it was to see it that fixed it
but it didnt
but i have to wait a month to change it again
the username was mtmayhew and it was changed to Kirito88 and now its back to mtmayhew
the donor level was on the .net server
I don't know how to do hidden tags i'll message you the trancastion id that i have from my google wallet I know i was at donor level 100
