Donation Issue

Hi I purchased 3 pets for Bunningsnag about 20 hours ago and it has not gone through. Can anyone look into this and help me? I have receipt below.

I'd give it a bit more time, it may go through. Did the payment show up on your credit card?

 

It was a prepaid card so I don't know if I can check that, but I got the email

 

Oh, I see. I've paid with that before, and it took around four days. Prepaid cards usually take longer.

No problem, if it doesn't go through within a few days, you can continue this and see if we can work it out. It should go through, though.

Try waiting a total of a week. Also, try to pull up the prepaid card company and see what they say. Sometimes it's the company holding the money until they deem say. The prepaid company should be able to tell you what happened with the money.
