First offense or not, warning or not, your behaviour was completely out of line. Accusing and harassing someone about being a pedophile can seriously hurt someones reputation and cause further harassment towards the player. Shane is still a staff member and as such another rule is to respect staff.
Using his picture was very uncalled for, and even going in his channel or being in his channel and calling him one is very out of line.

Now why was this a ban straight away? You know the rules enough to try and tell us you should only have had a small little ban. Because you believe you can use the rules to your advantage. "I can spare 30 minutes and come back to prove my point to everyone". You know fine well what the rules are by now.
Players don't get to knowingly break rules and walk away with a slap on the wrist.

I don't believe you won't do it again. Why have an infraction system? For people to be deterred from rule breaking. For new players to see there are consequences. For people who actually are first time offenders to know what their next punishment will be. All infractions, regardless, are moderators discretion and context is taken into account.

Everyone else in that channel can so that is 10 times worse and humiliating for him than if you privately showed him. And even then what was in that picture was highly disrespectful.

In short you are trying to act ignorant to the rules while having knowledge of them so you can perform rule breaking actions with little consequences. As such you try and claim your first offence means you should be given a small punishment. Fact is you still broke one of the larger rules and, harassment and staff disrespect. As you have been banned over all platforms of this game before you are familiar already with the rules and from this appeal it is obvious you know them. So this makes it very hard to believe what you have done is purely unknowing. A first time offender to an offence usually doesn't know what they did was against the rules and appeals as such. This appeal is telling me know know you broke a rule and now that the punishment is longer than you thought you want to get out of it.

If you want to appeal make sure you have a better reason than "the infraction list says this".
