I’ll appreciate it and try to find a way to solve the problem. I have a high maturity level, some people thinking I’m as old as 20 when I'm actually 14. I know that moderating takes maturity and I take all of this very seriously; knowing no messing around will be tolerated. I speak fluent English and French. Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Yes, I have been banned once before: Spamming- This ban was totally my fault and it was totally unacceptable. I was going to trade someone a spawner. They gave me the grass then I left with it. The grass was replaced and thanks to Kerahna and my apology was accepted with the island leader. Why do you think you should be mod? I am professional. On the server, I hold myself and act professionally. What this means to me is that I follow the rules rigidly, and hold myself to a certain standard of behavior and maturity. This makes me a strong player in the server, and an even stronger moderator candidate. I am a role model. While I make sure I scrupulously follow the rules of the server, I encourage the other people who play here to do so. A clean server makes a happy server, and all the time I have been here, I have been determined to make it both of those things. I am enthusiastic. I love Minecraft, and I also love this server. I am keen to strive to make this server, and myself better. I love helping people out, just for the smile on their faces whenever their Minecraft experience has been improved a little bit. I want to be one of the people who adds to, rather than takes away from a player’s experience. I am very kind. I empathize with other people, and love to help. I’m a person who helps others. This goes perfectly hand in hand with the moderator front. By helping others be better and more successful, I subsequently help myself be a better and more successful person. I am qualified. This is one of the more important ones. I am strong with commands, and have a “firm but fair” approach to player discipline. I am keen to help the server, using my past knowledge. I believe that this server is going to go on to do some great things. Respect - In a community, having respect for others is important. It helps to drive the common courtesy and build team building and a positive environment. Honesty/integrity - It is always best to tell the truth even if you did something wrong or hurt someone. I always strive to tell the truth and encourage others to also. This also means playing by the rules. Feelings / compassion - In game play or in any community understanding the feelings of what players are going through can help you as an individual help others since you have been there. Patience - It can sometimes take time to help people with what they need and having to clarify or explain how things work. But patience is a virtue they always say. Professional demeanor / kind / helpful- In a nutshell this means not being disrespectful and not yelling, or being rude to others. I am always in a positive mood and I want to always encourage this same behavior in others whether in a real world situation or a virtual one. How long can you be active on the server every day?
