Cyp plz read

I looked at your 400 donor thread and I think you should take out creeper and silverfish as it allows griefing without logs (the reason silverfish spawn eggs are illegal) plz respond with your thoughts

Slow down. Can you please clarify what you mean by this?

 

If a 400 donor has access to spawnmob silverfish and creeper he can grief and mods can't log it

 

Actually they can log it. It will come up as #SILVERFISH or #CREEPER. They can log it. Trust me, I have logged things before. And anyways, I don't think they can do damage. If I am correct, they disabled Creeper-Explosion-Damage in the configof essentials. They most likely did the same with Silverfish.

 

Then why would the eggs be illegal?

 

Because there is no natural way of getting them in the game. They 400 donors got them because they get one creative item spawend in when they donate that much. At least that is what I heard.

 

Read the in depth rules by cyp I believe he states they r illegal because they can't log

 

Those weren't made by Cyp they were made by FromLegoUniverse who isn't a staff member so he may not have experience with LogBlock or CoreProtect.

 

I did make the rules post, and I do know how the LogBlock and CoreProtect systems work, but since I have never been a mod, I have no experience with them.

 

Okay, just so you know, I wasn't dissing you in any way just trying to explain . But yes I do log these on my server.

 

^_^ moved to suggestions, I also believe it should be taken away but not creeper as their demage doesnt do anything they have disabled it I believe.
