command list

I think there should be a way for all mods to be able to look up someones command history and it should tell them where and when they used it and for diff commands it would tell them diff things like in this example
[pyro156 spawned 5 magma cube at his house] or
[MysteriousOgre spawned 5 slimes on pyro156 at spawn] and so on for all the commands
