Have you read the rules?: Yeah, a few months ago.
Have you been banned before?: Yes, 3 times I think, but it was all sorted out. (Island farming I didn't know was illegal at the time so I told them this and got unbanned and haven't done it since, the other two were illegal trading I think... another misunderstanding again)

Why do you think you were banned?: Well I am guessing that a mod logblock'd a chest at /warp skybase and saw illegal items being taken out by me. What actually happened was I happened to be recruiting a new member for my island, they were worried they would lose all their stuff so they gave it all to me at /warp skybase so they could keep it when they moved over to mine, I don't think that is wrong to do, I wasn't trading.

Were you rightfully banned?: No, it was just a misunderstanding.

Why should you be unbanned? Because it was an incorrect ban and I still won't trade illegal items.

This was not an incorrect ban.
Even if he was just 'giving' you items, you shouldn't have taken them if you knew it was against the rules.
Tell me why I should unban you, after your previous bans etc. that I listed in your previous appeal.

 

I didn't know it was against the rules, the rules say you can't trade the items, we were just moving them. It wasn't just 'illegal items' it was all of his stuff, he didn't want to lose it all. I don't see anything wrong with what I did, he has the items on our island now, it wasn't a trade. So this was an incorrect ban.

The previous ban doesn't exactly count towards this (they were the same ban), island farming is unrelated (plus I didn't know it was illegal then) the illegal item trades were missunderstandings, so previous bans have nothing to do with this.

 

Plus, you haven't answered my question...

 

New island farming is handing over items from a previous island to a new one. Whether it's a player doing it on their own, or one player giving it to another, it's still new island farming. You shouldn't have more than what a new island gives you (With the exception of placing grass blocks etc.) as that is avoiding the point of skyblock.

After learning about how /newisland farming & illegal trading can be exceuted, even if it wasn't 100% intentional for it to end like this, how do I know this won't happen again?

 

I would completely understand your point if I had gotten someone else to make a new island purposely for me to take the items, then I was to kick them. But, that isn't what happened, I didn't even know this guy for more than an hour and considering he earned the items from legally trading and surviving on the island, doesn't he deserve to keep the items when he transfers to another island? He is still on my island as far as I know and he has his items, so what is the problem?

 

Whether it be a coop or not, you shouldn't have more than what you are given in you new island. (As said above, I don't need to repeat.)
As the rule(s) broken are quite minor, I will unban you. Please dispose of the extra items when you can log in next.
