Clancy2's Ban Appeal

4. Did you read the rules ? Totally, I have played this server for years
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? Cause a LONG time ago I was on my island and was VERY parinoided about a floating block and thinking the owner of that island would see my island and grief it, so I made a bridge and saw it was an abandoned island, I think. I for some STUIPID reason broke a chest and some wood. For this I dont know why, the chest had 1 lava and a mushroom, I threw those off the side of the island. I then went back to my island and about 4 weeks later (Today) I was on again, Parinoined aboout it being another island (Stuipid me, it was the same island) and I called an admin to my island, who was Riyer. I said go fly to that island and have a look. Then when she/he came back and said I had griefed it which would make sence, she/he banned me. Please this was all so sudden! Please Can someone help me or at least try to? I promise I have told nothing but the truth in this appeal, please believe me! please?

A lie right off the bat. This server hasn't been up for "years"

 

Also, if you had read the rules - as you claim to have done- you wouldn't have broken the wood and chest in the first place.

 

Ok maybe not years but about 1 year. And about breaking the chest, it was instinct. The good thing is I didn't keep the crap in the chest. Really sorry and I won't so it again. I was witness to this and the items taken from the chest, which we found via logblock, were far more than what you listed in your appeal.

Also, islands are close to one another, you can't stop that. Thats a part of the server's plugins.

 

Also, this is the second ban.

 

the first one was a greif of MY island.

 

Appeal denied. From what I have seen so far- you lie, you cheat, and you don't follow the rules. To add insult to injury, it doesn't seem as if you will change any time soon.

Considering this is the second offense, I recommend this to be declined instantly with no chance of appeal. He griefed gwism's island and I unbanned him. Then he gets banned again for griefing. Sad. Get out of here, idiot. You ruined your chance and abused the trust given to you as well as the promise not to commit the same offense. Go on another server and play there. You're not welcome here.
