There have been many threads on desk and gaming setups before, but I thought heck, I want to see all of your books more. So, whether carefully picked and maintained or a random dumping ground for your paperbacks and glass animal collection, I want to see what sort of bookcase setups you have. I'll post mine on here when I get home.
My bookcases are ladder shelves that I have against two walls on the middle floor of my house. I would post a picture but I’m not even in the country so :’)
I would show you. However all my books are in a flipping shipping container. Rip I onlu have like 15 at my current house (Most of wich my mum has confiscated) Lmao
my 'book' shelves are like 50% art supplies and candles, 25% skincare/makeup, 5% shells (?? idk) and 20% actual books :/
I'm home, so I've got my bookcases ready to roll This is my main bookcase. The left half is fiction, the top right is my wax model dragon collection (who doesn't have a wax model dragon collection?), and the bottom right is my non-fiction (which is most of what I read nowadays). I have another, bigger, bookcase for the stuff I don't read anymore. Bonus: small section of my poster wall on the right. Virtual high fives for the person who can identify what they're from. And this is where I keep my limited collection of magazines and journals, next to a companion cube shaped cookie jar (which I'm sadly not allowed to keep any biscuits in).
Post one when you get back! :O It sounds cool Your mum confiscating your 'books' sounds dodgy as heck ;> That works too! Bookcases are great for easy storage. I use half of my bigger bookcase for musical instruments.
My bookcase is somewhat full, but quite ordinary. Compilation of military books you expect a middle-aged man to be reading, old collections of Rick Riordan books, Christian fiction(not the best), and good ol’ Tom Clancy, who is also someone you expect a middle aged man to be reading. Will post pictures when I get some good (natural) light.
Urm why would anyone confiscate books I mean of all things. Unless obviously they are books you should not be reading
My bookcase is legit a huge shelf from the 90s stuffed with my dad's old computer tech books, a bunch of folders, a ton of books I never read and a few relics like my graduation cap, medals, and a picture of me in second grade. Ill show tomorrow when I get back from my morning college class. Unless they're magazines of sleek and sexy women that take Vitorsis to a another world without his mom's permission
The top poster looks like morrowwind from the elder scrolls series. Bottom poster can't make out most if it but looks like a guy playing a fiddle/violen.
Rip. No Need. My Grandfather Gave me all the special magazines I will ever need. xD My Bookcase is usally like all books. Pc Parts. And server parts. just like chucked together
Due to my limited space my bookshelf is mainly full of Lego sets. And mostly world of Warcraft novels
Close! The first poster is the next game along, Oblivion. The isles that you can see in the corner which kinda looks like Morrowind (or rather, Vvardenfell) is actually the map for the Shivering Isles DLC. And yes, the character in the bottom poster is playing violin
Dont ask. Just dont. I'll give you this: my dad Was part of this academic club in my junior & senior years. Originally I wasn't in the mood but I wanted to help my team grow and it came out better than what I thought initially. A bunch of books about my cultural past my grandparents gave me that my parents force me to read. I read like 1 or 2 and stopped lol Back in the day when my dad was studying computer science, he had all these computer science and techy books. I think theres a book for dummies on how to use Microsoft word Bunch of folders that my dad used to own but gave his crap to me lol. I used like couple of them The top is my graduation cap below is my school yearbook which I appear three times (fun fact: My senior quote got popular for like the first couple days after they got distributed XD) Thats me when I was in second grade. My teacher had a teaching assistant (I think that's what they're called) and brought a pet tarantula as a class pet. I loved pet tarantulas since then (If they don't bite or kill you that is ;>). I miss 2008 back when windows xp was becoming a thing, my life was just fun and amazing, and my first favorite elementary years This room is a typical southern California home, but a lot older
Snap! :O Though I get the feeling that they're not the same Odyssey. Lotta nerdy coding/maths/school books you get there, nice job. Is it a shared bookcase? Also:
LMFAOOO. I WAS ABOUT TO SLEEP AND YOU KILLED ME LOL (P.s. I added a ton of writing ;>) And no it's not. Just mine with a bunch of stuff dumped there. I needed like 3 shelves tbh
