Your account is yours, and is your responsibility. The "My brother/sister/friend did it!" excuse will not be accepted, and even if they did do something, it is still your fault. It does not matter who committed the crime, it matters what account they used to do so.
I Talked To Him In A Conversation And He Said He Took Reasonability For Not Protecting His Account That Is Why He Is Posting In Amnesty He Probably Could Have Made That Clearer In His Post Though :|
