Denied Banned for two years

I have been banned for two years for advertising by SugarCane
Ever since I was banned I have understood that it was very wrong
I did it because I was offered a rank on a other server (which is dead now)
The punishable offences list says that I will be banned for 31 days be that is not the case
I would be glad if I could get unbanned and play with my friends
