5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I was selling a waterblock for 27 diamonds im a 50$ donor and in full diamond armor as i went there it was a very small island i thought something was up as i was standing there in the middle of typeing do u even have the diamonds i was covered in lava panicing i flew straight left hit THREE TIMES with my god diamond pick killing TWO chickens after that i simply said Wtf and they said "LEAVE" so i did exactly what they said the second they said it and i left 3 mins later i was banned for "griefing" I was told my fury because they tryed to kill me scamm me and loot me they get me banned for killing 2 of their chickens not on purpose.

8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because i did not know that i would have killed there TWO chickens and yes i am very sorry and would gladly give them 2 chicken spawn eggs i didnt know they would be able to attempt to kill me loot me and scamm me but i didnt even mean to kill their TWO chickens instead a 50$ donor is banned because i miss clicked 2 chickens. And yes again i did not know this would happen and it is a big misunderstanding.

First off, let's recap the information given so that everyone involved is on the same page.

#3: Is not my ban signature. However, I did ban you. Just so you are clear, the ban message stated "Banned for Griefing, Appeal on the Forums. ~ Furyion".

Now that that's cleared up, the players that you were supposedly trading with had a part of their island griefed by you, that of which was their livestock. Whether or not you killed one, or two, or three hundred chickens is not the correct answer. You griefed, plain and simple. In this case, it was a correct ban.

Now, if what you say is true, and the players you were trading with scammed you, and attempted to kill you and loot what you had, then why didn't you report this to a Moderator? You had two online at the time of the incident who could've easily handled the situation. Instead, you allowed yourself to be put in the predicament of a griefing incident without anything to back you up. Moderators make their decisions by what's been given in front of them; so unfortunately on your part, it was very poor planning on just letting this incident slide.

Appeal Accepted. Next time, however, do not place the blame of poor planning and bad decision making on that of a Moderator's ability to make the correct choices.
