What is the status of my ban appeal?

 

It has been denied.

 

While this is my account, attached to my email, it is my son who plays. He is in elementary school. The "cover stories" are really his words, not mine and not a teenagers'. He is not lying. He and I are sincerely trying to explain and understand. The issue of his younger brother's friend was,in fact, his attempt to get to the bottom of the issue. He never tried to duck responsibility. Nunyabz never told us when this infaraction had happened. He now realizes that he did not understand the rules. He has never knowingly disobeyed the rules, as he tried to explain. Since the time of the screenshot, he has never disobeyed the rules despite thousands of hours of minecraft play. He has directed many many kids to your site and invested quite a lot of his own money in it. I repeat that he is not a teenager and his rambling story is simply the way elementary kids express themselves. I do believe that if you could find it in you to forgive this one incident, you'd see that there would be no more problems. He never knowingly destroyed or stole another players' property which, it seems to me, is central to what itmeans to grief.

 

It is not up to me to decide whether or not your account(note that I'm not saying "you" or "your son"), but I will allow myself to point out some contradictions.

Notice anything strange? You said your "son" is in elementary school, and you just confirmed that it is you who is speaking right now, yet that message is written in the same manner as your previous post.

Now, speaking back to your ban appeal, you stated this:

But the screenshots are indeed from February 4th of this year, as my fellow mod Nunyabz wasn't even a mod at that time. Oh, and our server has only been up since April 2012.

 

Anyways, this was already denied. Closed.
