I have been away for a little while now and I have been helping out on other servers, learning about what their mods and helpers do, and how they respond to situations, i have learnt that being a moderator is about watching, asking, punishment, and upholding the rules of the server. As a Moderator there are many different ways to deal with things, but no matter what happens what insults are thrown at you, you have to keep a strait face at all times letting your anger out as a person of staff disadvantages you because you will not make a fair judgement, your judgement will be made out of anger and that's not fair for the person, no matter what they say I can be on the server everyday for 4-8 hours Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have Been a helper on the server of Gazamo, I was mod on a friends server and mod on another server, I have been a moderator on other games as well. Gmod I was a admin on a darkrp server, and a moderator on 2 jailbreak servers, so i have a little bit of knowledge with how to deal with people and the things they throw at you Qualities I posses: Some of the qualities I poses are - I treat everyone equally - have the will to do something when it is needed -good judgement of mistakes and whats right Extra notes I see being a moderator on this server as being a opportunity not to be missed, there are lots of people on the server and they all have a significant age difference, this would help me in future when i apply for a moderator or a place in staff and in future when i apply for jobs. I noticed that you have some questions, like have you ever been banned? or why do you think you should be mod? written and some like timezone one not. I recommend copying this template Your in-game name: What timezone are you in? What languages do you speak? Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Why do you think you should be a mod? How long can you be active on the server everyday? Do you have any past experience as a moderator? and bolding the questions as it makes it easyer to read. I´m not trying to be rude, just help.
