Remember that being a moderator means not only keeping out for yourself and your friends, but other players. Your job as a moderator is to help the community when in need. It seems as though you only want mod for your own benefit. Overall, the mod app needs more info, such as in the sections Why do you think you should be a mod? and What qualifications do you have? No Support, being a mod isn't about banning people just because they scam you. Other reasons stated above.
Since you edited it to the format, here's some official feedback. So you want to be a moderator just to get a spawner for your friend? Didn't skizzors scam once? Moderators don't get creative mode remember. Why is your first and last name on a Minecraft forums? You speak spinach? More like Spanish. So basically all you want to do is help your friend. Moderators help EVERYONE. They didn't say how many, they said WHAT qualities. The rest of the app is fine. You need WAY more detail. No support.
