An Appeal for Sorrow

5. I think I got banned for causing mischief and chaos, and trouble.
6. No this was not an incorrect ban.
7. Yes I have been banned before on .net, for swearing. But I suddenly got unbanned, and the person that banned me was on, and he told me not to do it again, so I agreed to it, and left it like that.
8. I think I should be unbanned because I am sick of being the laughing stock of the forums and Hellblock, and being framed for things that happened, yet I am blamed for things that I DID NOT do, yet people start saying I did them, and now they are being believed. I also want to be unbanned because I wouldn't do this again, and I'm sick of people harassing me, and laughing at me over stuff that I do not think is funny. They also almost never got told off in a serious way, they continue to do it. And it ended on me. The yoke is spilled on me. I would not have to been this way if people weren't being so mean on Hellblock. I was called names that you seriously wouldn't believe your own eyes. I just want to make things normal again. I am sorry for the things I did, but those people owe me an apology also. Once again, I am sorry. This is not a fake.

 

Even if I tried to stop the drama, people wouldn't listen and things would actually get worse.

 

Alright... So I underlined a few points that drew my attention. Points that I mostly dislike.

You are not a laughing stock, you argue with them to the point that their points against you make it seem worse.
No one has framed you, proof has been provided. So the blame is for things that you certainly DID do.
I've asked you to stop before and you told me you would. You continued, I've given you several chances.
People mostly retaliate, if you'd not be a jerk to them they would be more kind to you.
Serious or not when people ask you to stop you refuse, even with staff online. The staff has to step in to stop you, then it's only temporary.
People being "mean" to you are small retaliations, mostly pointing out how mean you are being to them... I've seen this first hand.
People owe you an apology? If I unban you you'll go demanding it? I think not. I'm not going to unban you so you can harass my players.

 

Well, Xel. Remember the time when the poison MA time started? And yet people were blaming Drummer for throwing poison. And then I told them to stop, and then Drummer and Livvy start saying that I was blaming Drummer, and then they poison everyone on purpose. I wasn't trying to harass Drummer that time, I was actually trying to stick up for her. And why would I go on the server demanding people to give me an apology. I know they would fake it if they were forced.

Now, what I constantly see is you arguing, calling players names and swearing. Also, bad luck if you get hit by the posion.

regardless of how true this single incident might be, you were banned for creating, instigating, and refusing to stop several pointless arguements and being highly rude and insulting to others on several occasions. I do emphasize several.

Even if I said "Let's stop arguing or we'll get kicked" the argument wouldn't stop..

 

you can elect to stop responding. If you stop and they don't then you are in the right. Now, I want you to think about my input and do me one serious favor. Resubmit your appeal in this thread with a new reply. I would like to see what you've learned in your time here.

Well, I learned that I shouldn't continue to fight with others if an argument forms. I also learned to keep control if I become furious. I shouldn't "take things too far" and I will try extremely hard to refrain from cussing.

 

That reminds me, on the forums, I'm ignoring Drummer. And okay.

 

Lets give this another shot. You are to recreate the appeal using the template that was made available to you. I want to see this re-written and not a copy of the original one.
