I know that even though people can be flat out rude, that I must stay calm and keep on going on. If someone is being rude to me while I’m trying to help them, I keep my cool. I don't flip out like other people do. People are not expected to be too happy when something bad happens to them. I treat everyone with as much respect as possible, even if they don’t return the favor. Helpful: Many people have told me that I am very helpful on many servers that i have been staff on server, whether it’s because I remind people of the rules when ever i is needed when I’m online, or whether it’s even helping someone who’s new to the server get a good start and tell them what they need to do if they ask. Compassionate: As a moderator on this server, in order to help someone, you have to put your own problems aside, and help others. There are many times that i have to just put my problems aside and just help others. I feel what people are going through on their island; whether it’s being griefed, scammed, or even just losing something in clear lag. so i help them as much as i can and tell them i have been there in the 2 years i have been playing on skyblock it has been rough. Responsible: Nobody’s perfect, but I can say that I have taken on some huge personal responsibilities in my past, which haven’t been that easy. But those responsibilities shape me to be who I am today, and I’m proud to say that. when i set my self to do something i keep going until i am done. I feel that the amount of responsibility I have is enough to be a moderator of this server. Hard-working: When I know something needs to be done, it gets done as soon as possible. I’m the kind of person when I start something, I—usually – don’t stop until it’s finished. If it’s something I’m passionate about, you bet it’ll get done as fast as I can get it done. I’ve been on this server for about 2 years, so this is something I’m extremely passionate about. Being a moderator takes a lot of hard work, and I'm willing to give it 110%. Honest: Honesty is the foundation to everything, whether it's friendship, relationship, or even just trading some items on Skyblock. I have been scammed many of times i have been lied to i have been thourgh the ringer so i try to be a honest as possible. Encouraging: I’ve encouraged people to actually play Skyblock. I tell every one i can about Skyblock. I’ve talked people in and out of things outside of Minecraft. If you want something bad enough, then you have to give forth effort for it to happen. I can push people to what they want, if they just try as much as I do. Encouragement is an important trait for moderating, in my opinion, and I think I'm encouraging enough to be able to do it as a mod. Nice & Frinedly: I’ve been told by many people on many servers that i am nice and friendly and I make friends with people on any very easily, and I think that’s one of the many top notch traits needed in order to effectively be a moderator. Forgiving: As mad as I can get at someone, I almost always forgive them, no matter how big or small the quarrel is. Although, on this server, I rarely have to get mad because there are a lot of nice people b this server Patient: I am very patient with everybody. If you need something, but cannot do it at the moment, I am always willing to wait; always. I am patient when someone is on my island, whether they’re shopping or they went AFK. Active on the Server: I try to play on this server every chance i get to make my island bigger or just to talk to people I just cant express how much I love to play on this server Mature: In my opinion this is one of the most important aspects of being a mod. Because you have to be mature to handle things you just cant flip out because someone or something did something. Also you have to be very mature to handle situations like 2 people start fighting about something you dont want to get mad you just have to stay calm and try to help out.
