Advertise /warp info

There should be a chat message and/or a sign at /spawn that advertises /warp info. Because of the lack of a /visit skyblockhelp for org (Hey The Cyk753 Emerald Dough hint hint) there needs to be a thing that says /warp info exists. All we have right now is a sign at spawn asking people to read the rules with /warp rules or /rules. Give it another sign at the VERY least, but some floaty text and an auto chat message would be useful.

We were thinking of making an ORG Skyblock help, it's best to finish the NET one first though.
