ADD THIS!

Hello my fellow skyblockers! A lot of you (most of you) are probably going to disagree with this but, i thought i
would try just so i have a chance at applying for mod. (i am only aloud to use this)

So now that we have gotten that out of the way, i will explain to you what i am talking about :3.

(this will be added to the requirements of the moderator application)


Discord as a requirement for people who cant use skype/ts.
I dont know if this has EVER been suggested but i know its never happening, but i thought i would give it a try so i could finally apply for mod

Why do I think this would be a good idea: A lot of people (like me) would LOVE to apply for Mod. but unfortunately we cannot due to us not being able to use ts/skype. a lot of people can use discord as it gives people the option to talk/chat. i am not aloud to talk, but i would still have offline communication, which is still better then nothing.

why should this be added?: Just like i said before, people like me aren't aloud to use skype/ts so this gives people a option to talk or chat.

How could we make this work?: there would be a channel available for people who are not staff, and a channel for people who are. when you become staff you will get a invite to the server that only you and the other team members have. to me it is just like ts but easier to use.

If you can't use Skype/TS it's your problem.

You do realize, that you don't need to speak out loud in order to use Skype and/or Teamspeak?

 

There is teamspeak, having a discord it just too much. And like Quietus said, you have a mute button on both so if you don't talk that's ite.

 

Don't see the reason why you can't get Skype or Teamspeak. You haven't clearly stated it either.

thats really not our problem. plus, if you arent allowed to download either of those things (as i stated earlier) youre probably too young to be a mod

 

TeamSpeak is really good application and you need to ask your parents to allow you to. If you want we can explain your father how good it is and how useful it will be for you.

She could message them and mute their voices.

 

that is wrong though, plenty of mods are my age. so i do not see why im "to young"

 

well, age definately affects maturity, and ive never been a huge fan of any of those young mods. plus: based on your parents that dont want you talking to other people online, your spelling and grammar mistakes scattered EVERYWHERE, the way you act in game, and much more. i can tell you right now, you wont get mod. sorry
