70 Diamond block refund

I want my 70 diamond block refund now. The looting happened in December and I'm sick of waiting. The person who did it clearly doesn't know how to appeal so can I just get the diamonds back?

If you wish for your refund please contact CypriotMerks directly as he has made it clear that this refund will only be processed if the person appeals. If he wishes change his mind on that, then I will process the refund as soon as I hear from him, otherwise his decision clearly overrules mine.

 

I'll leave this thread open for 24hrs as a courtesy, but I'm sure you have no issues contacting Cypriotmerks, or if he wishes he may reply here.

 

Swimhornet just save up your diamonds. You are a donor and before you know it you will have 70 diamond blocks.

He lost 70 diamond blocks. You can't just get diamonds out of thin air.

 

He is a donor. He can trade with other players. He can buy them from buycraft.

 

Or he could just do exactly what he is doing now, which is completely right.

As much as I am against Swim currently, I can say that what's going on is, to a certain degree, unfair.

First off, it's 70 diamond blocks. That is a lot of diamonds to get overtime, even if you're buying and selling items at a normal rate. It'd take a substantial amount of time to replenish it, even with a rank. Secondly, if there is proof of Swim loosing 70 diamond blocks, which I can only assume because, quote "He doesn't know how to appeal," implying that he has been reported. If he hasn't appealed, he's still banned, so there's no way he could distribute what he gathered. Swim should be refunded regardless, and the looter ( if they appeal ) should have their inventory wiped. It sounds fair, at least to me.

 

Unfortunately, as I said, it's beyond my hands as the case was brought before Cyp and the decision was to wait for an appeal on the part of a scammer.
