That's what I meant lol. Typically here in the US, espicially California, so many 16 year olds begin driving a 33k car like wtf? Some people I know drive a 80k to school .-.

They mainly use their cars to hang out, do their honework, drive to popular spots with their friends, eat in their car, and sometimes sleep in it, and more

Here the culture is centered around cars, hence why LA has brown smog

I wouldn't really know if there was a car culture where I live, because that's not the crowd I associate with. Given we have a huge race called the Clipsal 500 Adelaide every year (an event I loathe with every corner of my heart), I imagine it's there.

Loath why?

Well there is going to be some car culture, but not as heavily as the US. Legit people dine in their cars and do massive road trips, hence part of the reason why our federal government built a crap ton of highways and subsidizes them.

Cheesy, people in different parts of the world don't like cars. Most believe its not affordable in the long run due to high maintenance costs and that you need insurance, which costs a lot of money. If you get into an accident your rates will skyrocket no matter what, even for a tiny scratch.

They begin the two races with extremely loud planes, which cause several deaths at the Adelaide zoo due to the animals stressing or birds flying up in shock and breaking their necks. I live 20km away from the city and can still hear the planes clear as day. They cause extreme traffic congestion in the first week of March, which is extremely busy due to the start of university, writers week, fringe festival, etc.

Local drivers are inspired by the motorsports to kill themselves by driving like idiots, raising speeding offenses by 20% during the week the event runs. I'm not overly against motorsports (though they're not high on my list), but their race is so extremely disruptive that I can't start to appreciate it.

What kind of planes do they fly anyways? Here sometimes we fly Fighter jets over special sporting events.

I know nothing about plains. It wasn't a Boeing, that's for darn sure. Probably a fighter jet, but I'm not informed enough to say.
