They have access to more permissions than a Tmod. Us Tmods are very limited. For one example: If someone left an island with claimed chests, I can break the sign

No $400 can currently /invsee but cannot modify inventories. They don't have the .modify at the end of the permission. And yes. Full Mods get the &c colored Name and Prefix.

They have many more permissions. They can rollback islands, have creative, and can have more.

Apple I asked an Smod, They don't have //wand(world edit). I believe only admins have it.
