I hope this doesn't offend you Agent, I'm terribly sorry if it does but maybe CypriotMerks thinks Ginger is completely ready for mod again, but he might just want to see Agent improve a little? It could be, or just CypriotMerks has a better relationship with Ginger c;

Whatever the reason is we don't have proof for it but thinking about when Gingy was first promoted to T-Mod she got F-Mod in 8 days xD.
Anyways, my point is that I wish Agent was F-Mod again is all xD
