I don't think I am that pretty either, but I don't say that I look disgusting or anything. You are downgrading yourself, and you shouldn't be doing that. You can just simply say "I'm average, thank you" instead of "I'm garbage and ew k?"

You're doing what typical hot girls on instagram and tumblr are doing to fish for compliments. They post decent/nice selfies and say that they look disgusting, trashy, etc. If you think that you look disgusting, why are you even posting a selfie in the first place?

There is nothing I can do to make you believe that you are pretty. But the first step is to stop calling yourself ugly and disgusting.
