The tutorial starts at about 3:00. Its the clock I was gonna show you Its a great clock, I use it on mine. I typically have mine on 15 ticks (Or 15 items in the hopper) but you can change it to anything.

As for the farm itself, you just repeat the layers that I showed you as high as you want the farm to be! And make sure to have water running down the middle when it starts getting high
