I literally was walking around spawn. I placed a block and jumped on it. I went to my kitchen to get some water, came back, and I was banned.
Honestly you can't since this is the internet but I really do hope you can trust me and take my word. Please :)
As I said, I really do regret my actions and promise that I will never do it or any thing against the rules at that ever again.
