    1. It's the highest donor rank.
    2. You have to contact Cyp to get it.

    Ask Cyp. You can't ask simply anyone, since donor400 gets a creative item which is given to you by Cyp, I believe.

    Agreed (I hit dislike on accident sorry I fixed it).

    Message Cyp on the forums with a message titled "Donor 400" and he will read it if you are interested in donating.

    You ask Cypriot, and you send the money to his PayPal, in which he will pex you into the correct groups. You have a custom name tag, custom creative item, and (I believe) all donor kits.
