[EU][NED]Joelero's NEW Mod Application [.NET]

IGN ?: My IGN is currently: Joelero. I don't think this will be changing any time soon and if it does, I will let you guys know.


What age are you ?: I am 19 years old. I think that this gives me an edge. This is because I can be mature in difficult scenarios. Many Minecraft players are younger than me. I think that this is why I should be staff. I am mature.

Which time-zone are you in?: I'm living in the Netherlands so CET (Central European Time) I will try my best to be on for as long as possible so I can play with the U.S players.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?): I was banned once, however, this was completely unnecessary. I wanted to know why I was banned, so I tried to join the server. It said "You have been banned, reason: You are now OP! I explained this to the staff and they understood that this was a mistake and I was unbanned.

How long can you be active on the server every day?: I will usually be on the server for about 2-3 hours everyday on week days. On week-ends, I can be on 4-6 hours. I think this is a very good amount of time. If i'm on for this amount of time, I can help and play with players! I have made a bit of a schedule of how long I should be on.

How many languages do you speak?: I speak English and Spanish. I am also currently studying French. I think this helps me as an applicant because I can communicate and help players from all around the world!

Where are you from ?: I am from Manchester, England. Although, I currently live in the Netherlands! I am enjoying my experience here at the university of Leiden! This can sometimes be difficult for me as a lot of the community are from the US, however, I will try my best to be on as much as possible so I can catch you guys!


How long have you played Minecraft ?: I have played Minecraft for around 4 years now. I believe that this gives me an edge to many other players as I am very knowledgeable about the game and can offer quite a lot! I enjoy playing the game which means that I will play on the server often. Really I can never get enough of the game . I can sure you that this will not change and I will be active on this server!

How long have you been active inside our community ?: I joined this server last year and since then, I have been playing consistently playing and enjoying this server. I have made many skyblocks on many different servers in my time but I have never enjoyed one this much! I hope to really help the server and make it a better place for everyone to be! I also hope to expand this amount of time!

Have you had staff experience previously? If so , Where?: I have had a lot of experience being staff on servers, I was the head-admin on a server named x-cal. I have since then owned my own server and been Co-Owner on a friend's server. I really want to improve on this by becoming staff on this wonderful server and maybe one day get a high enough rank to really make a big change! I hope one day to own my own successful server much like this one! I think that I can do a good job with it since I have a lot of experience, this is why I think that I am perfect for a staff role on your server.

Why should we pick you / What makes you think you should be a Moderator?: I think that the thing that makes me stand out above other players is the fact that I play consistently and help players on the server. I also have experience building server spawns. I am very good with helping people (I actually had a part time job at a call centre so this is kind of my area xD) I am also very good with commands and the game itself. I think that I am perfect for any staff role and I hope that you can see this too! I am also good at the game, helpful, fun to play with and interesting. I honestly think that I am one of the best players for a staff role. This is why you should pick me. I will be able to help the server so much and hopefully you guys see this whilst reading this application! I completely love this server. I have my own very successful skyblock myself. I am not suddenly just going to leave this server and not join it again. I couldn't just do that, I love this server so much. People sometimes say that i'm not active on the server, this is absolutely false. I am just in a different time-zone to some other people. I am very active on the server and hope to keep it that way.

What am I really going to do here?: going to do here?: I am going to try my best to make this server a wonderful, happy place to be. I think that with each other, we can all make this happen. I am going to put all of my effort and ideas into this server!

How can you benefit the server?: I think that you should definitely pick me for a staff role. This is because I can help the server become a better server to play on. How do I think I can do this? Well, as I explained before, I am very experienced in many areas and have been playing on this server for around a year now so I know the community. With all of my assets, I think that I can help you guys!

Assets

Attentive
Able to stay focused in difficult or challenging scenarios. For example, if a player was suspected of hacking, I am able to investigate the situation whilst not getting distracted. This means I am able to get tasks completed easily and efficiently.
Work well in a group
I can work very well in a group. For example, I can work together with other people to create great ideas or buildings, maps, spawns. I believe that this will generally make the server better!

Interesting
I am able to do my job properly whilst being fun and engaging with the community! This gives me another edge as some people will not talk to the other players, I can.
Mature
I am very mature. This is because I grew up with a good education. This is one of my many assets that could help the server eventually. For example, I am good at talking to clients (This is useful if we need to speak to owners of different servers or the workers from Minecraft Server Lists) I can speak very maturely and properly. I will also act mature and proper on the server and hopefully set an example for other players.

I have been playing this game for around 4 years now. This means I am very experienced with the game. I am knowledgeable about Minecraft. This will come very much in handy.
Older than many players.
I am 19 years old, many of the players on our server are younger people, kids. I will not take advantage of this, I will be mature and set a good example so hopefully they can become staff members in the future and help the server out as well.

Achievements

2012 BSN High school COBIS Team
COBIS (Council of British International Schools) This is an athletic competition. We cam 1st place. This is relevant because it shows my teamwork skills.

2014 Head-Admin on X-Cal server.
Last year, I was the Head-Admin on a server called X-Cal. This is a big achievement for me as it shows that I can be a leader. This is why I think I would be great as a staff member.

Just that I am on consistently. I do agree partially. Also I don't really understand the whole get used to the forums thing completely. I have been playing the server for a year and a half now, the fat that I just joined the forums doesn't effect my chances. I don't know what you mean tbh.

Yes it actually does affect your chance very much you have to moderate the forums ASWELL as the server so its a big part of being mod

This is so hard to understand because of the fact that it is all over the place. I can't tell which questions come from the moderator application template and which ones you added on your own. Also, I've never caught you online before and I've only seen you once on the forums.

This is a very nice and detailed application. I would like to apply one thing that itched my eye, just because you're 19 years old doesn't mean you're mature. Age means absolutely nothing. I look forward to seeing you in-game, friend.

Hi, personally I do not see any problem with the fact that you can't tell the difference between the template questions and my own. This application is so people can read about me and get to know me. The information is really what counts.

I completely understand. This has been one difficult thing for me. Most people on the server live in the U.S or completely different time zones, I did mention however that I will try my best to be on whilst those U.S guys are on. Thanks for your feedback.
