Yeah, you're right, it's most likely not going to be implemented. This is always what happens in suggestions, it's basically impossible to get Cyp to look at the thread, let alone make it happen. And yes, the rank wont give them more power or a better rank, just when they're needed, they will be asked. Also, they would be able to put forward suggestions forward for new warps, or build tings players have suggested that Cyp has approved.
Also, to become a builder I'd imagine it'd be very hard to get chosen, you'd have to show what you can/have built, impress players, mods and most importantly, Cyp and Noobcrew. I would think that what they do on warps would be surveyed and approved by Cyp and Noobcrew, so it'd be suitable for its purpose.

If Cyp gives you the materials and you stay in survival to build and /fly, I support. If Cyp gives you creative, no Support. Imagine Cyp giving people creative. Hectic? There will be mass amounts of heads, diamonds, grass, they will be worthless.

I highly think that we need a better spawn though, to small.

 

Yeah, its not clear, ima edit it now. They'd have to ask Cyp prior to building for him to give them the blocks. Also, if any rares were used, such as heads at spawn, Cyp could just invsee if they have any left after building and take them away if the person was gonna try and keep them. This is also why those promoted would need to be very selfless so they wouldn't steel materials left over from building

With the exception, the Builder/Renovator would need to be a donor of a rank with fly.
This would weed out less dedicated players from applying.
Plus, it would remove giving away free Extras.

So, to apply first buy a donation level with fly. Or confirm that you have fly. Then apply.
