You're not mature for your age. You lose your chill fast, you don't have much colors in that application either. Add underline or bold or italics. And from what Noct has shown, you have abused /testcommand, been disrespectful, etc. I think, in my opinion, you are not prepared for the role of a moderator.

No support. After seeing screenshots from Noc, and from seeing you do it on purpose, shows that you're very immature. You can also tend to be rude, and sometimes you never know when to stop.
Your application lacks much detail and could have way more detail and effort put into it.
